Group rooms around daily use and privacy. A short route between bedroom and bathroom can be useful; visitors also need a practical entrance route. Reserve space for services and storage before assigning every square metre to rooms.
Investigate the plot and residential use first
A bungalow may be an independent dwelling, making it a different project from an outbuilding. Have siting and use assessed for the address. Investigate access, utilities, foundations and the relationship to existing buildings.
A dwelling budget rather than an extension price
A kitchen, bathroom, plant space and complete infrastructure require a separate budget. The standard configurator is not a bungalow price list. The quotation should specify performance, finishes, transport and connections.
