Discuss mobility and where assistance is needed. Bed, bathroom and entrance positions affect daily use. Have specific care and accessibility requirements assessed by an appropriate specialist. Do not share medical records through the website form.
Connection to the main house
Consider distance, lighting and shelter along the access route. Water, sewerage, electricity and communications need their own plan. Allow access for maintenance and potential assistance.
Discuss future use as well
