The website images and 3D model are for exploring ideas. They do not show completed projects, technical drawings or guaranteed construction. The model simplifies wall build-ups and structural details.
Worked example, not a quotation
The configurator uses dated public reference prices, calculated intermediate dimensions and identified allowances. Every selected option is included in the estimate. You can also create your own budget scenario. The final quotation and technical assessment establish what will be delivered and at what price.
Agreements before construction
Work begins only under separately agreed terms. The quotation should identify the contractor, scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranties and applicable conditions. Submitting a form is not an instruction to build.
Save the version you discuss
A downloaded design records your choices at that moment. Price references and delivery options may later change. Keep the overview used in discussions and check that the final quotation contains the same dimensions and options. Referencing De Prefabriek in the calculation does not establish a partnership or an order with that company.
